When you leave us, you can rest assured that you will have exceeded the minimum PADI standards of diver skills which you would be likely to attain at most other dive schools.

With a guarantee that there are never more than 2 students to 1 Instructor in the pool at any one time and having no time limits on your day in the pool, it's basically like having your own personal instructor in your own personal pool!

We are able to share with you over 20 years of PADI instruction from both the UK and overseas. At Scuba First  you can expect to achieve the highest level of PADI dive skills, knowledge and safety, giving you the confidence to enjoy many happy years of safe diving.

Furthermore, whilst we offer a carefully selelcted range of dive kit for sale, we are not a retail dive shop and, as such, have no expensive overheads to pass on to you.

Single day PADI qualification with Bristol, Cardiff, Swansea, Newport, Monmouth, Hereford less than an hour away and Bath, Swindon, Cheltenham and Gloucester no more than 90 mins. easy drive-time. 

5 Star Residential Option

If you really want to spoil yourself, you can take advantage of our "residential option" staying in our 5 star graded Accommodation, over-looking the lake, mountains and, of course, the dive pool! There's plenty to do for non-divers too!!

If you also take into account that fact that we offer 5 star graded accommodation too, you won't be surprised to know that we have a number of clients learning to dive with us from as far as London, Reading, Manchester, Derby and Birmingham all of which are an easy 3 hour drive.
