Open Water - Fast Track 

Open Water is the entry level qualification for PADI Divers.  It is a globally recognised qualification, allowing you to dive anywhere in the world.  Once qualified your certification is valid for life.   (Refresher sessions are recommended for those who haven't dived in a while - typically 1 year).

PADI Open Water Referral Qualification - 1 day

Scuba First's unique approach to diver training and 5 star facilities enable you to do your PADI Open Water Referral qualification comfortably & confidently in a single day via our Fast-Track Option.

This is how it works:-

1. Complete the required theory element by distance learning - interactive DVD Rom or book.  It's all very straight forward, but just in case you need any support, we're here to help by phone or e-mail. The theory is completed at your own pace and in the comfort of your own home.
2. Complete the required pool sessions with us at our facilities.  These sessions are easily, confidently and comfortably completed in a single day, not least because we provide personal tuition; one-to-one with your own PADI Instructor with no time limits on your day in the pool.
   

At this point, you become certified as a PADI Open Water Referral Diver - a qualification globally recognised and valid for one year.  Prices for Open Water Referral start from £199.

Now all you need to do is choose where you want to do your four Open Water Dives to get your full Open Water Certification.

How do I complete my 4 Open Water Dives ?

All you have to do is choose where & how you want to do your four qualifying Open Water dives:

1. On holiday (diving from day one of your holiday - by far the best way !)
2. With Scuba First here in the UK (add two consecutive days to your Referral)
3. At any other dive centre in the UK.  (Scuba First has a UK network of PADI Instructors at our disposal - typically two days in the same month, usually Sundays)
   

To complete the 4 open-water dives, prices range from £105 to £175 depending on which option you choose
