Terms and Conditions

 Payment may be made by credit or debit card (most major cards accepted).

 

1. A £50 non refundable deposit is required at time of booking.  When this deposit is received your Crew Pack (DVD Rom or Book) together with confirmation of your itinery will be issued.If accommodation has been booked a 50% deposit will be taken for the accommodation element in addition to 1 above.
2. In the event of cancellation a minimum of 14 days notice is required by the client in writing.  E-mail is acceptable. Refunds against accommodation will be made in full.
3. If less than 14 days notice is given Scuba First will provide alternative dates for your dive course and the full outstanding balance will be charged. If alternative dates can not be agreed, Scuba First reserves the right to charge the full outstanding balance. Where accommodation has been booked alternative dates will also be provided.
4. In the event of cancellation without notice i.e. no show the full outstanding balance will be charged.
5. In the unlikely event that Scuba First changes the dates of your course a full refund will be made, excepting 1 above,  if an alternative date can not be mutually agreed.
